The basis for the business is a web-based course management system called PLΛTO designed to streamline the activities of organisational training departments and save them time and money.

This system is being offered to organisations for free as a value-add to our business.

When a training manager requires an external trainer or coach then they can click a button to request one from us.

In order to promote the system we are offering an "introducers" commission which equates to about £10 per employee per year for every organisation to which you introduce PLΛTO.

• 1 organisation of 200 employees = £2,000 pa
• 10 organisations of 200 employees = £20,000 pa
• 50 organisations of 200 employees = £100,000 pa
