Training Managers

Our free course management software will allow you to schedule, advertise, manage, budget and report on any courses you run internally. It will automate joining instructions, pre- and post-course questionnaires, TNAs and follow-up questionnaires to managers requesting updates on delegates’ post-course progress. It will also provide online personal development plans for individuals within your business and allow them to request courses/coaching and seek their manager’s approval. Our support team will be happy to help you step by step through the process.

Should you require an external trainer or coach for anything at all then all you will need to do is to click a button and we will provide you with one from our team of hundreds of professionals around the country. Again, the whole process is fully-automated with all of the above facilities.

All in all it will provide you with a means of significantly reducing your admin overhead and facilitate an even greater understanding of the learning needs of your organisation.
